Soft tissue laser surgery at W. Clark Andersen DDS

At the orthodontic office of W. Clark Andersen, we use soft tissue lasers routinely in our office for several uses. The funnest reason is to enhance esthetics post treatment when a patient has hyperplastic gum tissue. There are also a lot of reasons to use a soft tissue laser surgery during treatment, most commonly we use it to expose an unerupted tooth which saves the patient months of treatment time.

Dr. Andersen has done hundreds of these procedures in the office. No injections are needed, the proceedure is painless and there is very little if any post-op pain associated. We have the smallest and most high-tech laser used for dental applications available. It is cordless utilizing blue tooth technology and about the size of a magic marker!
