Dear Dr. Andersen,
Emma has entered the retention period of her orthodontic treatment. We miss our monthly visits but relish the many comments we receive about how beautiful Emma is. They do not notice that her braces are off, they just notice her radiant smile. We owe you so much...
It has been such an unbelievable experience. You offer so many rewards and perks that you make the journey fun. Emma has enjoyed the yogurts, movie passes, sticks of gum, swim nights and of course... the Shuffle!!
I don't believe you know what a difference it made for Emma to win the "Shuffle". It happened at a very difficult time in her life. She was having some tough friend problems right then and winning the shuffle seemed to turn everything around for her and gave her some much-needed inner strength It was such a blessing in her life and made an amazing difference, just when she needed it most.
And now her "deep impinging overbite" is gone and we love her look and ability to put her teeth together to bite. We could never thank you enough. We are indebted to you for being able to help Emma with her teeth and for every amazing and enjoyable moment of the journey.
Emma loves her new look and continues to wear her retainer every night as directed.
